Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com and provide us with your order number.
Please note that shipping is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order.
Refunds are available only for full-priced items.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, then the items must be returned within 21 days of the receipt for all AUS orders & 28 days of the receipt for all International orders.
Items must be returned in their original condition as purchased, all tags and labels must be attached. Makeup and fake tan look great on you, but not so much on our products. So please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time. Once ZYA The Label has received your returned package, all returned items would be inspected before a refund is issued. ZYA The Label reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (Unless the reason for return is the item is faulty) or outside the 21 day (or 28 day for International) period.
You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable unless the garment is faulty or the order is incorrect.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by ZYA The Label will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by ZYA The Label.
You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your ZYA The Label account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, please let us know by filling out the Returns/Exchanges Form located at the bottom of this page. We will do our best to assist you but please note we have an extremely fast turnover of stock and as such we can’t guarantee we will be able to fulfil your request/order. However, if you require an exchange, by filling out this form this ensures that we can hold the stock in the meantime whilst we wait for you returned parcel.
For all orders paid with Afterpay: If you wish to exchange for something which is less than the amount of your order, the remaining amount will be refunded to you. If you wish to exchange for something that is more than the amount of your order then we will issue you a store credit and we will NOT cancel your Afterpay plan.

All GC are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. Please note if a gift card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.
A gift card is of a dollar amount and is valid for 12 months.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
