I want to make sure my order arrives in time for an event, festival etc. that I have coming up! What should I do?

Orders are processed by 3pm Monday to Friday. Make sure to place your order by 2pm for your order to be shipped that day. To guarantee the fastest delivery time, you can choose EXPRESS SHIPPING at the check out. Please note any orders placed on Friday after 4pm and on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Where are your pieces made?

All of our garments are made in China.

Hmmm... made in China? Does this mean you use sweatshops?

No, hold up. Our factory is family run. We have a great relationship with management, meaning that we are able to closely communicate with them and can monitor processes. Our employees get paid above award rates, including Superannuation. Through regular visits, we continually strive to improve working conditions by taking on board any given feedback and ensuring everything is run as safe and smoothly as possible. We also strive to continually increase employee satisfaction, with incentives put in place to ensure that the employees are paid higher amounts for pieces that take more work to produce, recognising their skills and efforts.

...Ok that's good, but what about the garments themselves?

This awesome earth is important to us, and that is why we know it’s necessary to do our part. Cutting down on the amount of samples made, selling unused samples and not over producing are just some of the things that we do help cut down on unnecessary wastage. We are also continually learning about how we can improve our processes and hope to continue implementing different strategies towards this as we become more able to. We also love our furry friends, so are happy to let you know NO real fur, real leather, wool, silk etc. are used in our garments!

What happens to all of your samples and one-off pieces that don't ever get put into your collections?

Well, funny you mention that! We HATE for things to go to waste, so have just recently started up a DEPOP account! This is a place where you can shop all of our one-off samples and last units of certain styles, so that they don't go to waste, and instead go to a good home! We aim to upload pieces every week!

If you have never heard of DEPOP before, it's basically just a shopping app which creates a fun platform for brands or individuals to sell & find unique pieces.

Am I able to use more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately not babe. You will only be able to enter and use one discount code at a time (hint: choose the best one to save that $). This also includes any Free Shipping codes.

I just placed an order but I really need to cancel it! What do I do?

If you wish to cancel your order please email us ASAP at and provide us with your order number.

PLEASE NOTE: shipping is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order!

I need to return an item but I paid with Afterpay, what are my options?

If you have made your purchase using Afterpay and wish to return your non sale item/s, please note that you can choose to either exchange for another item/s, or have your Afterpay payment plan cancelled so that you pay nothing. Please note we are unable to issue store credits in exchange for returned items.

I received my item but I am wanting to return it. What is your returns policy?

Please note refunds are available only for full-priced items. If you wish to return or exchange an item, then the items must be returned within 21 days of the receipt for all AUS orders & 28 days of the receipt for all International orders.

That's a bummer, but we hope you can find something else you love instead! If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, please let us know by filling out the Returns/Exchanges Form located here.

Can I return an item if it is a SALE item?

We only issue refunds for full-priced items. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit. If you are unsure whether you are able to return your item please email us

I just received my item but it is FAULTY...

We are incredibly sorry about this! As our team does inspect garments before being sent out to ensure high quality. You will need to fill out our Returns/Exchanges form which can be found here. Please indicate on the form that the item you received was faulty, as well as describe the fault. We will then be notified about your faulty item and will be in contact with you ASAP via email to resolve the issue.

This is the quickest way that we can resolve the issue for you! It is best not to try & contact us via Instagram.

We are incredibly sorry about this! As our team does strive to make sure all orders are inspected and sent out correctly. You will need to fill out our Returns/Exchanges form which can be found here. Please indicate on the form that you have received the wrong item, and you will also be asked to provide us with photo proof by emailing us at This is apart of our policy, as photos need to be kept for our record purposes. Once we have the photo proof we will be in contact ASAP via email to resolve the issue.
